For Freck Beauty‘s new Lashrocket Liner photographer Will Deleon and I highlighted the cleanness of the product design by using classic black plexi as our surface. One of the main features of the liner is the extremely fine tip. I tried to show this feature as much as possible and styled in an organic manner.

Of course, repetition and a grid pattern are also an effective way to showcase this product too. We explored both options on set, because options are good!

For the teaser promo shot, I created a moonscape using my good friend flour and a stock photo as the backdrop.

To showcase the texture and fineness of the point I styled this almost Pollock-esque swatch.

To further showcase the range of the applicator, I made these organic line swatches. To me, these definitely had the feeling of Japanese brush painting.

And finally, a composed shot of the line swatch with the product showcasing the fine tip.
