I love me a good pop up dinner especially with Ayda Robana of Om Sweet Mama is in the kitchen. Held at Sama Sama, Ayda served up a delicious menu of local and season ingredients. Burrata and uni salad? Yes, please! The most amazing local Sea Bass was the star of the entree and was served with tomato confit, forbidden rice, purple Chinese long beans and corn. And for dessert? A glass of pink bubbly to go with the Chocolate Semifreddo with a pistachio crust and pomegranate pearls… Yum!!! If you’d like to attend one of Ayda’s dinners you can sign up right here.
