TGIF! I love green tea–especially when it’s iced with a touch of mint…. So I figured what could be better than adding a bit of booze to the mix?! This would be great at a bridal shower or an alternative brunch cocktail. Cheers!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup top shelf vodka
4 cups chilled green tea
Juice from 2 limes
1/4-1/2 cups raw granulated sugar (depending on sweetness preferred)
15-20 fresh mint leaves
*Add first four ingredients in a pitcher, stir well and chill for at least 30 minutes. Add fresh mint and serve on the rocks (do not chill with mint–it will become bitter). This will make one full pitcher with ice.
