Tea in The Orchard

One of my favorite places in the world, is a little orchard that has been serving tea and scones to Cambridge students since 1897…

We sat under the trees eating scones with clotted cream and jam…  And the words by Rupert Brooke, who wrote about this idyllic spot, still hang in the air, “And is there honey still for tea?” (The Old Vicarage, Granchester).

I am a fanatic of tea!I think the happiest thing is to sit under the trees eating snakes, tasting teas & reading books. LOVE simple life!

The Orchard at Grantchester is one of my favourite little corners of the globe : )

WOW, my sister in law would SO love this place! She is a fanatic of tea!

I also love how the birds came to sing to us, and sit by Sam’s shoulder! How could they not, in an orchard like that? Delightful.

How beautiful! My mum doesn’t live far from Cambridge, will have to pay a visit to this orchard 🙂
